An icon of Fostoria, Winston Allen, known by many as “Mr. Winston” has been promoted to road supervisor for all three counties in our service area!

Winston has been working out of our Fostoria office for 13 years and is known by our staff and riders as “Mr. Winston.”

In this new role, he will be working directly under the safety manager as we continue to provide safe, reliable transportation.

Winston’s commitment and positive impact has been greatly valued by all of us here at NCAT, and we’re excited to see him grow into this new role.
